The debate on “what to do about tech giants” is rising in the U.S. following recent House hearings, leading to expansive requests for information from Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Apple. As well as a large collective of states pursuing their own investigations.  In light of recent events, Cristina Caffarra argues that while regulation and codes of conduct have a role to play, the antitrust toolkit should be used more expansively and aggressively to pursue a wider catalog of potential harms.
