Europcar Group received unconditional approval from the EU Commission to acquire Goldcar, Europe’s largest low-cost car rental company.

A CRA Team including Laurent Flochel, Mikaël Hervé and Gaëtan Lelièvre provided economic advice to Europcar during the EU proceedings.
