CRA submitted an expert damages estimation in Belgian Court in support of the action brought by railway operator Infrabel against five railway infrastructure suppliers, following the finding of a bid-rigging cartel by the Belgian Competition Authority.
The CRA team was led by Raphaël De Coninck and also included Gerhard Dijkstra and Jonathan Frisch.
