Kenneth Kerr

Principal

Kenneth Kerr is a principal in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice of Charles River Associates. He is an expert in the application of economic and quantitative techniques to antitrust issues and damages estimation with experience in multiple jurisdictions.

Kenneth has evaluated antitrust claims relating to exclusionary conduct and price fixing, as well as the competitive impact of proposed horizontal and vertical mergers in Canada, the US, and the UK, notably including Sainsbury’s/Asda. His consulting expertise covers a wide range of industries, including rail and air transportation, retailing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining CRA, Kenneth completed an MA in Economics at the University of Toronto and a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta.
