Frank Schlütter is a Senior Associate at the European Competition Practice of Charles River Associates. He has experience in damage litigation proceedings, merger cases, and intellectual property matters.
Before joining CRA, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain, and acquired a PhD in competition economics at the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics. During his PhD, he interned at the Chief Economist Team at the European Commission’s DG Competition.
Frank’s research focuses on digital markets, patent licensing, and supply chains, and has been published in the International Journal of Industrial Organization. He also writes about competition policy issues such as price parity clauses and sustainability agreements.
