Frank Schlütter
Senior Associate
Dr. Frank Schlütter is a Senior Associate at the European Competition Practice of Charles River Associates. He has extensive experience in damage litigation proceedings, merger cases, and intellectual property matters.
Before joining CRA, Dr. Schlütter obtained his PhD from the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain. During his doctoral studies, he gained additional experience in competition policy in the Chief Economist Team of the European Commission (DG Competition).
Dr. Schlütter’s research focuses on digital markets, patent licensing, and supply chains, and has been published in the International Journal of Industrial Organization. He has also contributed to recent competition policy issues such as price parity clauses and sustainability agreements in the DICE Policy Brief and the collected volume Kartellrecht in der Zeitenwende.
