Charlie Whitehead

Charlie Whitehead is a Senior Associate at Charles River Associate’s European Competition Practice in London.

Charlie first joined CRA as an Analyst in 2020 and rejoined following his Masters in 2023. He has worked on a variety of merger, horizontal agreement, abuse of dominance, patent royalty and damages cases in front of the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and national competition authorities in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Japan and several other countries. Charlie’s work has spanned multiple industries, including online advertising, online app stores, car leasing, productivity software, network hardware and software, taxi e-hailing, e-commerce, and short-haul freight.

Charlie holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona School of Economics. His working languages are English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
