Ajay Pai
Senior Associate
Ajay Pai is a Senior Associate in the European Competition Practice of Charles River Associates. Since joining CRA, Ajay has advised on competition cases before the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, US Department of Justice, US Federal Trade Commission and the European Commission. He has experience in mergers, acquisitions and cartel cases spanning a variety of industries such as aviation, healthcare, technology and media and has worked on some notable mergers such as Uber/Postmates in the US.
Prior to joining CRA, Ajay completed an MSc in Economics from University College London and worked for a year as a research assistant at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
