European Commission concludes Microsoft Teams investigation

On 12 September 2025, the European Commission announced that it had settled its long-running investigation into Microsoft Teams. A CRA team including Dr. Oliver Latham, Dr. Matteo Foschi, Dr. Uğur Akgün, Dr. Domilė Butkevičiūtė, Liam Connolly, Saul Mendelsohn, Shreyas Guntur, and Lorenzo Comito provided economic analysis and support to Microsoft during the investigation, alongside Senior Consultant Professor Fiona Scott Morton.
