On July 25, 2024, Hologic completed its acquisition of Endomagnetics. CRA expert Simon Chisholm supported Hologic in the United Kingdom working with CRA expert, Dr. Elizabeth M. Bailey, leading the US team, to provide economic assistance to Hologic on competition aspects of its acquisition in the United States and UK. The CRA team included support from Duncan Graham and Shreyas Guntur. CRA worked closely with attorneys representing Hologic from Gibson Dunn.
