CRA supports Bloomberg’s successful acquisition of Broadway Technology

CRA was retained by Bloomberg to advise on its acquisition of Broadway Technology, a provider of fixed-income trading execution management systems. The combination will allow Bloomberg to innovate in providing low latency and multi-asset class execution across both credit and rates markets.

The CRA team in Europe was led by Simon Chisholm supported by Dominik Fischer, Swati Kanoria, Marissa Li, Shreyas Guntur, and Joanna Young. CRA worked closely with lawyers from Ropes & Gray and A&O.
