Bruno Souza

Bruno Souza is a Senior Associate in the Europe Competition Practice at Charles River Associates, based in London. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick, where he also served as a Teaching Assistant in econometrics and labour economics. Bruno has extensive experience in applied microeconomics, with a focus on causal inference, panel and time-series econometrics, and structural estimation.

Prior to joining CRA, Bruno contributed to various academic research projects across institutions in Brazil and the UK, including Queen Mary University of London, Insper, and the University of São Paulo. His work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the George Edward Schuh Prize for Best Master’s Thesis and several teaching excellence awards from Warwick.

Bruno is fluent in English and Portuguese, and proficient in a range of analytical tools including Stata, R, and Matlab
