Veronica Ermini

Veronica Ermini is a Consulting Associate in the European Competition Practice at Charles River Associates in Brussels.

Since joining CRA in March 2026, she has worked on cases involving damage estimation, competitive assessment of horizontal and vertical mergers, or concerning the Digital Markets Act, before the European Commission and national competition authorities. Her work has spanned multiple industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, medical devices and cloud services.

Prior to joining CRA, Veronica completed a traineeship at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP), where she contributed to the work of Unit E4, in charge of merger control in basic industries, manufacturing and agriculture. Her work covered a variety of industries, from the mining sector to construction equipment. During her university years, she also worked as an intern at a consulting company in Milan, advising Italian public administrations on welfare and social policies, and as a research assistant at SDA Bocconi’s CERGAS (Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management).

Veronica holds a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, with a focus on industrial organisation and microeconometrics, and a BSc in Economic and Social Sciences from the same university.
