Max Schlosser is an Associate Principal at CRA’s European Competition Practice. He has advised clients on mergers and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission, the German Bundeskartellamt, the UK Competition and Markets Authority and other national competition authorities. His industry experience includes retail, FMCG, mobility platforms, automotive (OEMs and suppliers), pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, chemicals, agriculture and heavy industries. In addition, Max has substantial experience in quantifying damages and giving economic advice in cartel litigation cases before national courts.
Prior to joining CRA, Max completed a Master in Economics at the University of Amsterdam and interned in the Chief Economist Team of European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition. His working languages are English and German.
